PNW Human Dimensions Community of Practice

Connecting experts across governments, agencies, and local organizations who work at the nexus of humans and their biophysical environment in the Pacific Northwest.

About

Draft Vision

Our vision for the PNW Human Dimensions Community of Practice is to create a space that connects experts across governments, agencies, and local organizations (including federal, Tribal, state, county, municipal, community, and applied researchers) who work at the nexus of humans and their biophysical environment.

Draft Purpose

The purpose of the PNW Human Dimensions community of Practice is to identify and support virtual and in person opportunities for experts to exchange knowledge, increase transparency, and expand collaboration across groups.

Draft Code of Conduct

As our community takes shape, we will work to collaboratively draft a formal code of conduct. Once finalized, all participants will be asked to agree to this Code of Conduct. As a start, we have established the following baseline:

  1. I will treat all members with respect and consideration.
  2. I will be thoughtful with my words and treatment of others.
  3. I will not participate in any demeaning behavior or bullying.
  4. I will not participate in any discriminatory or harassing behavior.
